DAY 1
first day was just spend on the plane, we left on 13th midnight and reach there at 13th night cause of the time difference or something. The plane ride was around 22 hours?? we needed to stop at Tokyo and Detroit for flight change and we almost missed the plane from Detroit because of the immigration but the plane got delayed due to snow so we made it haha. Took delta airlines for the first time and I actually like it, it is muchhhhh cheaper than Singapore airlines and the seats are actually bigger(I think) and the food is actually good.... I didn't finish any meals on the plane though because I didn't have any appetite haha
i actually went to do my hair and nails right after the end of o levels but my hair curls isn't obvious anymore and my hair color can't be seen properly unless under sunlight (i actually don't want it to be obvious so i'm quite ok with it lol). The color is suppose to be reddish purplish brown but it looks brown to me.
during the extremely long plane ride, i finished my drama and a few Korean movies haha i was surprised that there was even Korean movies and it have most of those that i want to watch but can't find it online so i was super happy although i got tired of watching after a while. I finished Korean's version of Fated To Love You, it took me quite a few days because it's 20 episodes and i was doing other stuff during the 2 days after o levels and before flying lol the drama was actually as entertaining as the Taiwan version and Choi Jin Hyuk was so so so so so cute in there haha. It's like watching the same story for the second time but i still cry throughout the last few episodes so it was embarrassing because i was crying like a waterfall on the plane hahaha
DAY 2
went to island of adventures which is own by universal studios but it's the more adult version of it i think. i didn't dare to take many rides though like the huge hulk roller coaster haha, i took many pictures of my face that day :x but that's the only day i took so many so sorry haha. Island of Adventures was quite alright, i don't really like Harry Potter (i watched 2 of the movies but fell asleep for both which is rare lol maybe i am tired or too young to understand the movie) but the Harry Potter ride there was soooooooooooo good, it's like the Transformers ride in USS but it's longer and it turns you a lot like a magic chair that is flying but somehow i wasn't scared so it was fun haha.
DAY 3
Universal Studios Florida!!! I didn't actually go on a lot of rides because the queue was either long or sg have them so i was lazy to take haha. The despicable me ride was 1+ hour queue but it was quite worth it because it was sooooo cute haha i don't really like cartoon movies but i love Despicable Me so i watched it 5 times already :x There was also a Harry Potter place here but it was soooo crowded and the queue for the ride was damn long so i just tried the Butter Beer and left there, i honestly don't know if butter beer is a drink from the movie but everyone seems to be buying it although it was overpriced so my dad went to buy one to try too
DAY 4
Kennedy Space Centre/NASA, it was a 1+ hour trip there because it is out of Orlando so we have to go on a half day tour so we can get a bus there for a much cheaper price (the taxi here is supppppppppppper expensive, like every few seconds $1, most of the money are spend on taxis, sg taxi is so much cheaper) I was quite bored there haha sorry because it was full of physics but some exhibit and shows are quite fun to watch and the weather was super perfect that day i can just go out with tee shirt and shorts.
DAY 5
was suppose to go Disney that day but it was going to rain so went shopping instead at Florida Mall and Vineyard Premium Outlet, the shopping here is not cheap at all ): Las Vegas was sooooo much cheaper, even San Francisco is cheaper, not sure about Los Angeles because i didn't shop there but Florida's tax rate is high and the clothes are Singapore price. Ok fine maybe it isn't considered expensive to some people because my definition of expensive is around $10 haha, Las Vegas H&M have stuff that are like $2-$5 and F21 there have stuff that are less than $8 but in Orlando, only the branded stuff in Premium Outlet are cheap, i bought a Michael Kors Shirt and shorts for around $18 each which is around the same price as the F21 there...... i still bought some stuff though because my dad kinda encouraged me to buy more so i just bought stuff without really considering the price. I went shopping after the first few days too because Island Of Adventure and Universal Studios was not really big so finished in the afternoon so had time to go Mall At Millenia and International Drive Premium Outlet. Mall At Millenia had Cheesecake Factory which i wanted to try quite badly but i didn't find it until we ate finish and was going towards the exit before realizing it was at the exit zz but the taxi fee from there to the hotel was around $30 so it wasn't worth going back there again. Florida Mall was super huge and have almost all the brands i want but it was so big that it is hard to find everything and i was super tired of walking i just want to sleep haha, we ate the Japanese food there and the menu was really different, they had bacon sushi which we tried and tasted super good and all kinds of other weird sushi.
DAY 6
Disney day 1 at Epcot. Epcot is probably the best theme park I've ever been to, it is super big and the stuff there is suppose to be educational but i had a lot of fun although the stuff there are all geography, history, physics related but i actually think i learned quite a lot from there haha but it doesn't matter since o levels are over already. Throughout the trip i ate mostly kids meal because i can't even finish 1/4 of their adult food and the kids meal are huge too so i think i never finished a single meal all by myself. I actually felt like puking most of the times haha idk why either. Epcot rides are super super good and there's this mini world at the back where there are stores and mini replicas of famous places in the world which is super cute and it's fun to go see the food and items that are famous from each country. But that day was super cold and i was wearing quite thin so i think i got a little sick after that because i felt like fainting and ate a few penadol to prevent fever so i should learn to wear thicker layer of clothes when it's cold instead of wearing whatever that matches the pants haha.
DAY 6
Disney day 2. Hollywood Studios is probably the worst theme park lol it only have a few rides and shows and nothing else.... i didn't dare to go two of their main rides so i barely went on anything haha. The only fun thing is the Toy Story ride which is soooo good but not worth to spend so much to go to the theme park just for that. I bought the Minnie ears from some discounted Disney shop for around $7+ sgd which is considered cheap since Disney sells it for around $15.
DAY 8
So i put on extra thick makeup and eyeliner so i can look more like maleficent hahahaha. Went to Magic Kingdom, the main Disney park there, and it was super cold in the morning but the weather turned really nice in the afternoon. The rides there are mostly suitable for me haha except the haunted mansion which i refused to go no matter how much my brother begged and threatened me, i went on space mountain for the first time although I've been to HongKong, LA Disney but was too young or too scared to take that but it was actually alright, i barely got scared haha. AND DURING THE LAST DAY I FINALLY FOUND OUT THAT DISNEY FAST PASS IS FREE URGHHHHHHHH we queued up for the past 2.5 days before i check the Disney app and realize it's free for 3 rides which is good enough )-: i even spend 2 hours queuing for the stupid snow white coaster which ended up being the most scary ride for me although it was fun. I didn't want to buy the Maleficent hat but my dad made me buy it.... it was around $40+ sgd which is super expensive for a hat but since he paid then i'm ok with it haha but i don't know what to do with it now, if i wear it out, people will properly laugh at me in public and Halloween is over and i doubt anyone will buy this for $20+ if i resell it ):
DAY 9
Flight back home.... i will miss Orlando )-: it's definitely one of the most beautiful city, it's clean and the people there are friendly (the guys there are actually good looking especially those working in Disney haha :x) The last time i like a city that much is probably Gold Coast which i went when i was P6. We only went USA again this year because my dad wanted to not waste the money he spend on doing some tourist thing( i forgotten the name), it cost $200+ per person and last for two years so he wanted to go again so that he can make his $200+ worth it haha so i probably won't get to go USA again for a long time )-: i want to visit Orlando and Las Vegas again alone when i grow older and have my own money though haha but it's super weird to visit theme parks on your own because it's always two sitter so it's weird if you go on your own.... i want to visit New York and Hawaii some day too though haha.
went to narita airport thrice but never tried their food so this time, my dad bought their ramen which i ate a bit only cause i wanted to vomit super badly throughout the flight oops haha the ramen doesn't actually taste even as good as Ajisen's... or maybe i was feeling unwell so i can't taste properly
got the full collection of taylor's album :* i actually sold off her debut album haha cause i wanted money instead and i have the fake version so....
there was a total of 3 air tickets but only took the first one because im lazy haha, it was kinda embarrassing at the airport because the luggage are almost all overweight so had to rearrange to another bag in the middle of the airport which is awkward lol haha. Watched finish It's okay that's love throughout the flight, I've been looking forward to that drama for a looooong time because i love Gong Hyo Jin and Kwang Soo and i banned myself from dramas since july i think? so only got to watch it now. It was quite boring and weird at first but it ended up getting better and better with each episode :* Apparently my mind and stomach is still suffering from jet lag because i get hungry at stupid timings and im sooo sleepy at wrong timings haha
OK BYEBYE GLAD TO BE BACK BECAUSE IM SUPER TIRED AND SICK OF EATING FRIES EVERY DAY
